This documentary was produced by The Apologetics Group - a christian society, but even if you are not a religious person it can be well interesting for you. It considers many aspects of a music genre which used to dominate our culture in the recent past.

Hells Bells (classic)..Journey through the dark side of rock as Hell’s Bells unmasks the message behind rock music. The film examines the relationship of rock music to sex, violence, suicide, drug use, rebellion, the occult, and other activities considered immoral by Biblical Theology. The music in the documentary is music produced prior to the nineties. The film portrays various lyrics and visual imagery in rock music and rock stars as evidence that it is satanic or anti christian.

“This incredibly intense video confronts some serious topics… guaranteed to promote discussion on a number of major issues affecting the youth of today.” Barry Taylor - former soundman with the AC/DC

This three-hour presentation is broken down into 5 sections:

Part 1: The Dangers of Rock ‘n’ Roll: An overview of the problem and the biblical worldview that will be used in its analysis
http://file.therockerscabin.com/video/music/DangersOfRockNRoll/1_The_Dangers_of_Rock_and_Roll.mp4 (Video File)

Part 2: The Root of Rock: From whence did this new musical form spring…and gets its power?
http://file.therockerscabin.com/video/music/DangersOfRockNRoll/2_The_Root_of_Rock.mp4 (Video File)

Part 3: The Fruit of Rock, Part 1: Looking at the fruit of something, Jesus said, can tell you a lot about a phenomenon’s origins and ultimate destiny
http://file.therockerscabin.com/video/music/DangersOfRockNRoll/3_The_Fruit_of_Rock,_Part_1.mp4 (Video File)
Debbie Riley, a mother of two who lives near the bus station in Maidstone, Kent, said: “This is so dangerous. That boy could have been killed. It is deeply irresponsible of these kids to encourage their school friends to do things like this.”

So, what is a Vocaloid, you ask. A vocaloid in bare essentials is a voice synthesizer, so an electronic instrument that creates vocal patterns. Read more from the wikipedia article if you are interested how it works.

Now to the main topic - there may be several vocaloids, but one is the most prominent - Hatsune Miku (初音ミク). Sadly for you guys her voice is not much suited for rock or metal, but even if there is somewhere deep within you a tingle for music of that kind or when you are an anime fan, you will find tracks suiting your taste.

Now that the salesman talk is over, here is the blog that I have been co-writing for more than half a year: http://mikuchannel.blogspot.com/

for a teaser, one of her best ballads:

I have been to enough to fill a chest with ticket stubs. But the best was probably Kansas, Styx and Heart back in 1979 one hell of a show. Next would be AC/DC first time in 1977 with Foreigner and they booed Foreigner off the stage and wanted AC/DC back on stage. Next would be Ozzy on the Bark at the Moon Tour Randy was awesome to see. But my very first concert was Woodstock at the age of 10 went with a Aunt and the most I remember was all the mud and waking to a sunrise with Jimi playing the Star Spangle Banner that is what turned me to the life of Rock N Roll. Horns Up all you Rockers out there.

Step 4
Next click on the Install Now button to start the installation

Step 5

Step 7
Look for the I accept the license terms box and check it. Then click on Next.

Step 8
After the final restart a blank screen appears

Step 10
Type in your Windows 7 product key number

Step 11
First uncheck the Automatically activate Windows when I'm online box at the bottom. After this click on the Next button.

Step 12
Now click on the Use recommended settings.

Step 13
Choose your Time Zone. Set the time and date setting and click on the Next button.

Step 14
Click on the option for your computer's location to select the correct network location type setting that has to be applied for the location.

Step 16
Now Windows 7 prepares your desktop to startup

Step 17
It's not over yet. Now, ensure that you are not missing any user file.

Step 18
In case some users files are missing copy them from the hidden protected operating system - C:\$INPLACE.~TR and C:\WINDOWS.~Q folders.

Step 19
Run the Disk Cleanup. For this click on the Clean up system file button. After this check the Files discarded by Windows upgrade box.

Step 20

This method has fixed the complicated network problem that I been having.
I have to agree with Simon on this one, Rage Against the Machine, what he thinks is a cynical campaign geared against him and I think they are. I have no problem with Simon attitude especially with the Arsehole type that many people can't stand.

The only positive things I can say about Rage Against the Machine is that they are not doing anything illegal so therefore I'm not taking sides. =)

The Return of The Rockers Cabin

The other day one of my class mate (WWFC07) suggested that I should bring back The Rockers Cabin and so I did, because I kindly donated IP.Board license to Anarchy Live. So therefore I had to convert my database from IP.Board to MyBB, I don't miss IP.Board because MyBB is better to work with especially with the plug-in system heck I even made a plugin quite easily, here a link to my first plug-in that I release for MyBB and I believe I demonstrated this plug-in over at Anarchy Live. Yes I have been gaining some skills with PHP & MySQL at Uni while this forum was offline, I just got an A14 for my coursework in Web Application Development.

I did get a few problem with converting from IP.Board to MyBB, maybe because of the different in encoding the IP.Board was encoded in "7-bit Swedish" which is perfect for English and Obviously Swedish because it's rarely uses accent lol, MyBB is encoded in "UTF8" which is the newer standard and getting common because it's perfect for almost every language on this planet.

The weird problems were

Opening Quote tag got renamed to "Array," but the closing tag remains perfecly.

HTML escape were showing in the content of the post thread and forums title while it shouldn't. If you see a HTML escape showing let me know and I will fix it.

The YouTube tag got renamed to a large chunk of HTML code.

Smilies were disabled on every post < The example of smilie < Another example

I was able to fix most of the problems thanks to the skills I obtained while learning at University.

Also I would like to introduce a new feature to this forum and it's called AutoEmbed, what it's does is embed video from various different site about 150 for you. Here a tag to embed a video automatically. I must admit I got part of the idea from Tim Eckel from Arcade @ Home.

Code:

[vid]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBWcRMonvWA[/vid]

Output:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBWcRMonvWA (YouTube)

It's also works with just audio just use the same tag that you use for videos

Code:

[vid]http://www.last.fm/music/Black+Sabbath/_/Paranoid[/vid]

Output:
http://www.last.fm/music/Black+Sabbath/_/Paranoid (Last.fm (Audio))
